"So," Kevin says, "what we're looking for is enhancement. Length. Girth. Whatever's possible." Andrea nods, her fingers tracing the edge of her skirt. "We've discussed this for months. His pen taps against the desk, each sound sharp in the quiet room. "The procedure takes three hours," he says. "Local anesthesia. Small incisions along the shaft.
